企业严格执行绿色开发利用方案，采用先进的技术和设备进行开发，选择合理的开采方式进行开采，开采率95%以上，选矿回收率96%。对排土场进行平整，形成平台及边坡，复垦为旱地、乔木林地和灌木林地。2022年，企业投资256万元，恢复治理面积186亩，绿化植树18000棵。
